The Kashi Vishwanath Temple is one of the most sacred Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is situated on the western bank of the holy river Ganges and is considered one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, the holiest abodes of Shiva.

The temple has a rich historical and spiritual legacy, having been destroyed and rebuilt several times. The current structure was built in the 18th century by Queen Ahilyabai Holkar of Indore. The temple complex includes 84 small shrines and a 15.5-meter-high spire.

In recent years, the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor project was inaugurated to improve access and accommodate more pilgrims, significantly enhancing the temple's infrastructure.
